Terms of service

These terms describe what Valyzer offers today and what you can expect from your account. Clauses that depend on a specific jurisdiction — liability, governing law, venue — are not yet written, because this repository does not fix that jurisdiction; they are marked as missing at the end.

What Valyzer is

Valyzer is a public impact-analysis instrument: it publishes events with their evidence, distinguishes observed facts from declared inferences, and keeps a bitemporal history of every correction. The service is under active development; data coverage and features can change without notice.

Accounts

You can sign in with a Google account or with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email and for actions taken from your session.

Plans

Today only a free plan exists. No paid plans or billing are implemented in the product.

Acceptable use

You may not use Valyzer to break the law, to bulk-extract data by evading the service's limits, or to impersonate another person or entity.

Content and rights

The public content we publish comes from official sources, each reviewed with an explicit rights decision before publication; a source being publicly owned is not treated as an automatic open licence.

Availability

The service is offered "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability; parts of the catalogue may be incomplete or under review while the product matures.

Changes to these terms

When what the system actually does changes, we will update this page. The last-reviewed date appears at the top.
